Ricardo M. Serrano. Holds a California Youth Soccer Association (CYSA) "D" National and "D" State License.
This is his second season with the Vacaville CyberRays. He is also the Head Coach for the Vacaville Ladybugs (U-7). Ricardo was the Head Coach for the U-8, U-10 Fairfield-Suisun Ladybugs; Head Coach for the U-12 Class 3 Solano CyberRays; Assistant Coach for the U-12, Class I Solano Predators and the Trainer for the U-14, Class 3 Vacaville Thunder.


Randy Weigant, Assistant Coach. He holds a CYSA E/D license. Randy has coached Girls Soccer for 11 years at various levels of play. He was a Head Coach for multiple teams with Mount Diablo Soccer Association (MDSA/AYSO) for 5 years. Asst. Coach for Diablo Valley Soccer Club (DVSC Xtreme) for 2 years. Then moved to Vacaville and started coaching with the Vacaville Attitude. Randy took over as Head Coach for the team in 2002-2004. In 2003 he coached the Vaca Pena Middle School Girls soccer team (that year we won the Northern Solano Athletic League Title). This year he is also coaching his youngest daughter's team again, U-12 girls (Hot Tamales) and the U-19 Cyber-Rays.
