Ricardo M. Serrano. Holds a California Youth Soccer Association (CYSA) "D" National and "D" State License, and is a USSF Grade 8 Referee.
This is his second season as the Head Coach of the U-19 Vacaville CyberRays. Ricardo was the Head Coach for the U-8, U-10 Fairfield-Suisun Ladybugs; Head Coach for the U-12 Class 3 Solano CyberRays; Assistant Coach for the U-12, U-13, Class I Solano Predators; the Goalkeeper Trainer for the U-14, Class 3 Vacaville Thunder and the Goalkeeper Trainer for the Girls Varsity Soccer Team of Buckingham Charter High School.
